Respect: April 5
No Matter where you go and who you meet respect is important. Treat others as you wish to be treated. So we were at the Psychic Fair and Sandy was sitting with her back to the next table. I could see she was agitated. Apparently someone from the psychic community was sitting back to back with Sandy maligning me. Sandy did not tell me until the way home. She had wanted to address the individual and choose not to. I was delighted that she refrained. I reminded her of how many times we had addressed treating people the way we wished to be treated. I reminded her it was showing that she was being disrespectful and how whoever mentored her did not help to understand that LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. When you malign others it LOWERS YOUR ENERGY LEVEL and therefore that is what you draw to you when you work.
Walk away from nonsense. Being strong doesn’t mean you have to stay and fight all the battles and petty arguments that come your way. Being strong means you don’t have to stay and respond to rude remarks. Don’t retort by throwing insults back at them. It’s what they want. Keep your dignity and don’t lower yourself to their level. True strength is being adult enough to walk away with your head held high.

Remember this because it will happen many times in your life. When people show you who they are the first time believe them. Not the 29th. time. When a man doesn’t call you back the first time, when you are mistreated the first time, when someone shows you lack of integrity or dishonesty the first time, know that this will be followed many many other times, that will some point in life come back to haunt or hurt you. Desperation
I recently had Sandy a lady I am mentoring, accompany me to a Psychic Fair. She is working diligently on her mediumship skills. Has great ability and up until now had no one to mentor her. I wanted her to experience sitting in on a reading and being in the energy of so many types of people that attend this kind of function. Unfortunately due to weather and another fair close by it was not as busy as it might usually be. However, I did get the opportunity to meet some lovely ladies who work many different modalities and readings locally. That was great.
In the afternoon I noticed Sandy texting away on her phone. Her daughter has had some health issues recently so I chalked it up to that. When we left I inquired as to how she found it. She stated that she became wound up and wanted to push and talk to those attending for me to have readings. I explained that for many of these individuals it is how they earn a living and so they needed readings. If you have any awareness you can feel the excitement, energy surrounding each booth as you walk past. Most of the psychics there lowered the prices due to the low attendance. I did not. They may have contributed to Sandy being caught up in the energy and almost panic like attitude. She said I couldn’t believe how calm you were. I reminded her that I have been doing this work all my life I don’t do fairs as the energy surrounding them is almost a feeling of desperation. I was there to promote WORKSHOPS.  Readings were a bonus.
I encouraged her to give the information for our last readings of the day. She was excited and did a wonderful job. These kinds of events are great for beginners, and those who are starting to get their name out and be recognized in communities. It is imperative that you learn how to protective yourself to work within the different kinds of energy and attitude if this is a choice you are willing to do. Not right, not wrong. It is also not easy. You really need to focus on respect for those being drawn to you and do the best to your ability as,  LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. Also not allowing others to influence what you do. Peru : Surrender
In another ceremony in the temple in the jungles of Peru I worked on forgiveness. During the ceremony I was aware that I needed to ask forgiveness of everyone I had intentionally and unintentionally hurt during my life time.  I called each of them by name when I could identify my mistake. Then I asked forgiveness of those I did not remember. I also became aware that I also needed to forgive everyone for the pain I felt by many of the actions of others. I did this as well. Then I forgave myself for allowing others to hurt me.
I am sure you have heard the expression “Born Again”. Yes, this is exactly how I felt, like a large weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my life and attitude would be changed forever and it was time to be more reflective of the person I wanted to be. This is how and why I came to understand last fall when spirit asked me to put a workshop together to assist people to forgive and heal themselves. This is a life altering workshop. I am so proud of how it works. Know that when you come from a place of being nonjudgmental it changes your perspective and outcome of many of the daily occurrences in your life. Think before you act. Before you assume, learn the facts, understand why. Before you hurt someone, FEEL. Before you speak, think.
If you truly wish to change your life and how you react to others consider doing some work around forgiveness. It is very powerful. When you forgive, you do not change the past. But you sure do change the future. I quote Pope Francis: A person unable to forgive has not yet known the fullness of love. Only one who truly loves is able to forgive and forget.  In love and light

Peru; Healing of life in Ireland April 2,2017
Ah so back to the jungles of Peru. I became aware of the life time in Ireland. I was forced to marry an  enemy of  the Lairds’ (My uncle of that time) to prevent fighting between 2 clans.My favourite Uncle Eddie in this life time was the Laird of Bunratty Castle in the past life. It was a very a unhappy life. I was married off and was property and the lord who was not in love with me. I was mourning the loss of my true love who I was no longer able to see.
I spend a tremendous amount of time in the beautiful gardens and when possible riding the white horse I cherished. I died in childbirth. That is my present day daughter Truly and why she was so difficult to carry during the pregnancy in this life time. She was breech and so i went in and out of labour for 7 days and then into hard labour for 72 hours. Don’t remember how many in the hospital around 30 I believe. She was delivered by C- section. She did not want to be with me again after being abandoned by a f in this life time to work through it. I believe we have done a lot of work around this. You must remember because of FREE WILL, you can choose not work on family issues. It really is a choice.
 During the time in the jungle after a ceremonies I spent 2 days on the wooden cot sorting through the past life and letting go of the emotional turmoil I had carried through many life times. I also recognized that Tom and John were the two men in that life time. I came to terms with a lots of whys  and relationships of this lifetime. I have been blessed with them both being good caring and loving husbands and believing we have completed our Karma in this life time.
Sometimes you meet someone, and it’s so clear that the two of you, on some level belong together. As lovers, or as friends, or as family, or as something entirely different. You just work, whether you understand one another or you’re in love or you’re partners in crime. You meet these people throughout your life, out of nowhere, under the strangest circumstances, and they help you feel alive. I don’t know if that makes me believe in coincidence, or fate, or sheer blind luck, but it definitely makes me believe that people are in our lives as we have much to learn and work through at a Soul level. I still have Lots of Soul lessons to continue working on. That is what life is about – LEARNING and GROWING. Love what I do.   In love and light.

Bunratty, Castle Ireland    April 1, 2017
We moved on the Bunratty Castleon the Shannon estuary which was a stronghold used to stop attacks on Limerick.
So I was emotionally overwhelmed as we walk through Bunratty. I almost fell apart with the overwhelming sense I knew the place. In the different outbuilding I would be taken back in time to see how it was. The master bedroom was the most difficult. As I stood gazing up at the nude portrait above the bed, ( the laird of the house),all the emotions of the past came flooding back. I froze reliving everything from my life there. I ran out of the room and started screaming at my Uncle who had been the Laird at the time. How dare you force me to marry for your benefit.You had not right to force me to marry the neighbour to keep peace for you.
Poor Uncle Eddie,I’m sure he thought I’d grown horns. When I calmed down I explain the vision of the past life. He was my Uncle and I was his ward. He knew by marrying me off to one of his enemies they would stop the potential of war. I was in love with someone else but forced to do his bidding.
Past Life Senario: The man I loved and the man I was forced to marry are two of men that I married in this life time. I believe we have worked out the Karma with both of them from that period.   Yes life with Alva is always interesting. I will share more about that life time in the next blog of Peru.   In love and light
