I take client privacy very seriously. I only source information from my clients required for booking services and in case I need to contact them in case a situation arises related to their appointment. Your personal information, which is voluntarily submitted by you, is not disclosed with 3rd party or other private or commercial institutions without your consent unless lawfully required. If I feel it’s appropriate to share your information with another medium/psychic to better serve you I’ll ask your permission prior to sharing. I conduct private readings and parties in a private one on one format as I can’t define what information will come forward and you as a client may consider the information personal and confidential. I ask up front during initially contacting me to not provide any personal information until the time of your appointment. Booking your appointment (by phone, email or social media) may be conducted by administrative staff and I want to ensure your personal situation and information is kept private and confidential. If you reside outside of Canada, please familiarize yourself with the Canadian privacy act and ensure you are aware and agree with our use of your personal information.

only. Alva reserves the right to determine if services have been appropriately rendered. Use of alcohol and/or drugs prior to your reading (this is inclusive of parties) is prohibited. Alva reserves the right to refuse service and cancel a session or party in progress if she feels clients are under the influence. Use of alcohol and/or drugs prior to your reading makes your reading often difficult or impossible to be read. Readings via a party should not be considered a substitute for a private reading. Private readings are more in-depth than shorter party sessions.

Alva will do everything within her power to connect as the client wishes, but due to circumstances beyond our control that cannot be guaranteed. Future based information as well cannot be guaranteed. Post reading Alva does not have control over if or how you handle or alter your future path after receiving new information disclosed by Alva.
