Our vibrations are moving so much faster and we are not taking better care of ourselves. We have many insights and lack of disrespect to follow through with them. The physical human body loves and thrives in a routine state and as a physical being those necessities must be cared for first and foremost. It is only after this can we focus on the spiritual advancement. For those wishing a higher enlightenment you must show that your physical condition is in good care. Toxins create a negative vibrationally environment and therefore keep you in a lower energy field. A cleanse must be done every 45 days so that you release any negative energies/toxins. A FAST of 48 hours is what is recommended. No Food, Drink, liquids – water, bone broth and clear juices. Animals are transmitters
Animals are our companions and serve another purposes as well as. Cats represent Loyalty and Love. Cats are transmitters of information and in ancient times gave information to rulers to help guide decision making. In many areas of the world such as South America, Mexico, Egypt statues are built to honour them. Cats will intercept with negative energy and alter the vibration as they are connected to higher realms. That is why you always see witches with cats. If you are allergic to cats it indicates you have difficulty allowing closeness of love to come into your life. Animals out of great loyalty and love also mirror your pain and will take on your disease to show the imbalances in spirituality or psychologically. When you approach an animal it knows if you are coming in peace or going to lash out. There is intelligence in all living things. There is a life force – consciousness within all things. The energy that you are is the same energy throughout. The only difference is the megahertz that dictates the form you take. Thoughts have a frequency and therefore create. All around us is a thought created. When you recognize this then you have an opportunity to create what you focus upon. This is what you refer to as Natural law. As a Naturally gifted medium I would walk clients through Past lives by seeing first and then directing them to what they needed to see for themselves. It was a wonderful experience to be able to articulate what needed to be let go of, forgive or change. To see how it affected this life and sometimes prior other lives with repeated patterns that had caused untold pain, doubt and discomfort. It was a personal tool that granted me tremendous knowledge and awareness. At the end of a session I would be exhilarated and often emotinally tired. After one very emotional session, my spirit guide said to me you need a certificate on the wall. I inquired why? I stated that I was already doing the work for 15 years. My guide said QUOTE “Others need to see the certificate on the wall.” A signed up for Hypnosis course and am grateful I did. I no longer have to walk through their process. I now guide them on a journey to discover for themselves what needs to be cleared. Certification has improved my gift, and enhanced what I do. Much easier on me and I am not as emotionally involved. I often can see where people are going, and can look at it much more objectively. Having the Certification also gave me insights on how to use it for meditation introductions and group past lives. You are the result of everything you think. When you malign others, your lower your vibrations. It is a reflection on who you are, not who they are, nor what they represent. Every choice you make, every decision you make determines the next path you take along the journey. This is FREE WILL You choose the direction of your life. Even if it doesn’t seem that your life is one of choice at all, your spirit has made the decision of how you will learn your lesson. When we understand and work with Natural Laws we become more aware of the choice in our lives and we have the opportunity to ask for assistance of how to make the changes to make our everyday life better. What are the lessons your spirit needs to learn? The ultimate goal is of spirit evolution and different lesson, each soul has unique lessons. All lessons move toward increasing understanding and compassion for ourselves and others. When we love with unconditional love or restraint we connect in a profound manner with our own higher self. We notice we say the right thing at the right time in our communication and with others while loving unconditionally. Life and events seem to flow to us in a more joyous and agreeable way. The universe has provided us with the natural laws that govern our universe. Cause and effect of everything we do in life: the good and the bad. When you understand how to work with the laws your life changes for the better and you now are always aware of choices you make and how to improve any area of your life. Understanding how Natural law works and why it works, can help with understanding Mediumship. The process of understanding the reason why things happen to individuals, emotionally and mentally defines how a medium can work. Being able to recognize our true self as source, but always aware of our balance during all of the emotions we carry. This does allow us to direct the thoughts so as to be positive and clear so as to work with source (our higher self) to be able to connect to source, to allow what is needed to do the work. The unexpected can possible happen, but it is truly not unexpected. Even though we live with thoughts every day, the outcome of those thoughts are in constant motion. The thoughts dictate the outcome of what we experience. Positive thoughts directs the energy in a positive way for positive outcomes. Negative thoughts beget negative outcomes. I had a lovely young lady in who is the process of adoption young child from within the family. They are of East Indian descent and a family member could not take care of the child due to circumstances. She has given the child to a cousin to adopt. Jasmine and her husband Jarred were delighted as they could not have children of their own. Sometime choices are hard. Sahara knew her cousin would love and raise Samantha in a safe and loving environment that she could not provide. She had been with this couple for a few years and is nicely settling into Canadian living, loving her new family, school and classmates. Adoption and custody is a long drawn out process here in Canada and every once in white Jasmine calls to confirm all is well and on track with the legalities of the adoption. Jasmine has been distraught and over anxious with the process. Part of this is due to losing a child in a past life. I know it must be very difficult with our long drawn out legalities, so I always try to assure her with insights spirit shares. I was absolutely delighted last week when Arch Angel Michael dropped in to share that all is well, moving forward and he is there to support Samantha in her new home and surroundings and the outcome will be positive. Arch Angel Michael is the protector of children. His name means “he who is like God” He releases us from fear, doubt and protects us, and clears away any negativity. ALL WILL BE WELL. Establishing evidence in the form of proof is not always something you can see or touch. It is often an intangible proof such as a phrase only you would recognize or possibly the individual say A childhood nickname or even a reminder of a long forgotten event. Often given insights can often be the beginning of a healing process. This is how spirits help give comfort and to begin to move on with our lives. Francis asked me to explain the gift of messages. Cathy her daughter was at Trulys Live show earlier this year. When you do large groups often many in the audience have similar information that can be recognized. A lot of information was being given to share with the audience. As you start to share the information begins narrow down who the eventual message of who it belongs to. Who can take a person who had heart Issues? Says they liked to have a few pints on week-ends. Who had a long time suffering before passing?. The name (Margaret) is a connected to this person. Well six or seven people can identify with all of this. Francis gave Truly a message to connect with Cathy. A lot of the information shared was familiar to many in the audience. Cathy wanting to know if it was her mother she said out loud to Mom (Francis) in spirit” show her the dog”. The people around her hear her. Truly is sitting and becomes aware of a dog wanting to sit on her lap. Truly pats her lap and says come, sit on my lap. The dog jumps up on Trulys’ lap. Proof it was Francis. Those who hear go OMG she asked mom to show the dog. That was proof for those who hear Cathy ask? Proof comes in many forms. So I share this as recognition that our loved ones want us to know who they are. They will give you information that you WILL RECOGNIZE. Although details change with each readings it can be helpful in many situations to prove to you they are with you and want to let you know they are sharing insights, love and acknowledgement that there is life after death and they can contact you through a MEDIUM. I was at the local Post Office with Mom picking up the mail I hear a voice from across the street. Hi Alva, I turn to look and get extremely annoyed. Maryann is waving hello. I turned to mom and say If I caught her in a dark alley I beat the s--- out of her. I was 8 years of age. Mom was shock. Let me explain with my mother being a widow, we had a fairly strict upbringing. We were never aloud to say negative things about others. We were well behaved and spoke when spoken to and always polite. We also were not allowed to share information about family matters. I think my mom was in shock. Frankly, so was I. I came to understand that she had turned me in to the authorities and I was burned at the stake for being a witch. It took years to understand how reactions to past lives affect our present life and even relationships. Hang ups phobias, fears are often a part of Past Lives, Karma and Soul lessons we are working on. There is an internal awareness, instinct that has you reacting negatively to some and positively to others. If you have issues around someone, perhaps you should check out what your relationship was in a previous life. It often explains what you can do to correct the KARMA. Good or bad. In love and light Past life Regressions can be helpful to understand why we think or behave in certain ways in our present life. We may have certain opinions that have no lodgical basis from our present life experiences. We may have certain talents or abilities that come to us naturally. We may even have hobbies that reflect a previous incarnation or desire to collect antiques from a certain era. We often hear people say. I am totally obsessed with Egypt, Britain, the Civil War or artifacts and I don’t know why. These obsessions are often an attempt to emotionally reconnect with a previous lifetime when the individual felt loved, supported or connected with their loved ones or their culture at the time. Others are looking to the past to resolve and understand where they learned the reasons for their perspective on how they view the world. In love and light Angelic Realm
Angels are beings of light who bring forth messages from the Creator to assist us on our earthly journey. They wish for us to feel love, joy and peace in all that we do. They come in all sizes and colours to work with us in a variety of ways. Anyone can call upon the angels for assistance. They are the messengers, healers and protectors and can help in any area of your life. They may reveal themselves as light, orbs, colours, feathers or even seeing a being of light with wings, and they often give us numbers for confirmation of spiritual awareness. Angels messages are carried thru molecules of oxygen, so breathe deeply and the connection will be stronger. Ask and Trust. You connect instantly with the angelic realm when you ask. If you are not sure which Angel to call upon: Ask Melchisadec to bring in the appropriate Angel for assistance. He is the overseer of all the Angels. They are there to guide and protect us within the Laws of the Universe. Our free will is the largest obstacle when we invoke their assistance. Emotional and/or physical healing is not instantaneous. Physical healing is the ability to walk backwards through the health issues to go back to source to find and reverse whatever the issue was. The cause can be the result of emotions but also environment. If it took you five years to get a physical illness do you think that it can turn around in one month. It is more than likely will take three to four years to get back on track, if you do what is necessary. When your health is not right, address it as soon as you know something is off and the healing process will be faster. Too often we do not address the issue until it becomes uncomfortable or a major issue within our lives. Emotional issues are often the same idea. We need to work backward through the issue. Identify what the stressors are to be dealt with then start to understand the emotions that brought us to this point. The beautiful part of the emotional is that there are so many light workers to assist find source and to help. There are many ways of healing. You must find a professional that listens to your concerns, you TRUST and are comfortable with. We all have an internal awareness of what is right for us. Ask questions, as you are the one in control of your life. Once you are given insight and knowledge about to assist you need to do what is appropriate to reverse the issue. If you are told to take herbs, it is important to follow instructions. If you don’t do what is required, do not expect fast results. Your choice, your life. Every choice you make is life affirming or moving towards death. The options are up to you. This also mean: If it doesn’t feel right. By God don’t do it. What makes you comfortable? Are you like me? I get a bee in my bonnet and have to follow through until I find TRUTH and ANSWERS that make sense. This is not for everyone. It has been a lifelong knowingness that other options, opportunities are there to learn and grow from. I am at that stage again where I need answers on so many levels. I am honoured that spirit encourages me to advance in awareness. I get glimpses of knowingness that I have to per sue insights that are given. This internal need to advance in awareness is like a burning deep inside. Some might call it an addiction. Perhaps it seems that way. However as I work towards finding answers I grow in leaps and bounds with greater understanding of the past and how it fits into the now and my future. Well that itch is abounding these days. It was recommended I sit with my hands in the soil awhile meditating. Oops, up popped up the life in Egypt and I looked down at my hand after digging in the hard granite like earth saw my finger bleeding and large calluses on the center of my hands. I was in the temple with 23 other students with a scribe sitting in the center of the circle writing down the words for the first time. The temple was filled with light beaming down through our crown chakra and entered in the heart chakra. This was information was imparting knowledge into our brains and a knowingness within the heart, we call this the cellular memory. The purpose of the spiritual group was to impart the wisdom being given to us by GOD on how people should live their lives. It was the part of the Gods Universal Laws. They showed Marcus, four to my left sharing some of the knowledge we were given to Jerry (an outsider that had gained his trust). They showed Jerry having a mask over his face to cover the truth about his inquiry. As soon as Jerry knew the meetings location and time he ran to the King to get a reward for the information he provided. The kings soldiers surrounded the temple and as the group left, they were slaughter by chopping off their heads. One solider stabbed Jeramiah in the back and then cut off his head as he exited temple. I, Jacob ran away with the book and hid it within the community. They murdered my gentle innocent parents. They did not harm my two sisters or brothers. For this I am grateful. Notes: When I put the course on Natural Laws together I wrote it in approximately a week with spirits help. They directed me to books and material to pull it all together. Then I put meditations to match the subjects being shared. The guilt in the cowardly action of running away has haunted me for many life times. My intention was to wait for things to calm down and then to go back to start sharing what we had been given. I died in the desert and never completed my mission. Guilt and Not trusting people were the two major hurtles of that life time. I believe I have worked through layers of over compensating to people to be more open with loving kindness. I have identified the majority of the people in my life that played a part in that life time. Tremendous understanding and compassion for all involved. The scribe was a very, very dear friend I lost a few years ago. It overwhelmed and devastated me when she passed in this lifetime. Jerry in this lifetime has a heavy Karma of being responsible for the loss of 23 lives that I am aware he has not worked through. He also has no self-confidence for he cannot be trusted. Interesting that this also has carried over. Tremendous understanding and compassion for all involved. I am also working with one of the soldiers to overcome fear. Past lives gives us an opportunity to gleam insights into our behaviour and those around us. It explains many SOUL LESSONS we are being given an opportunity to learn from. The choice and direction of SOUL growth is yours. My work is not done. I am once again compiling information to share with those who are ready to engage in a spiritual path of higher awareness and connection to God. Egypt has been running around in my head for a while. I went to Catherine for a Past Life Regression. As I descended the stairs I began sobbing uncontrollably and instantly knew it was going to be emotionally difficult. As I opened the door and stepped into a past life, I immediately saw a sandy cream coloured corner of a stucco wall. I felt stuck and forced myself to look around the corner. I watched as men coming out of a temple had their heads chopped off. One was struck in the back as he tried to run and then had his head chopped off .Only Jacob got away, running with a book in his hands. He skirted around buildings and then buried the precious book under rocks behind a building. While the soldiers were searching for him, he then hid where ever he could. He went to an Oasis as a retreat, planning to go back and get the book and decide the best course of action. He heard a caravan approaching so Jacob then went into the desert where he died of dehydration and a Sand Storm covered his body. His body was never found. I watch as his spirit left the body and lifted into heaven. He died feeling guilt for being cowardly and running away, along with guilt for not being able to go back and share the information in the book. Every choice you make, every decision you make determines the next path you take along the journey of life. This is ‘FREE WILL’. You chose, even though it doesn’t seem that your life is a choice at times. When we become more aware of our choices and recognize that we can ask for assistance for understanding and how to make the changes necessary to improve our life. Each of us has unique different lessons that are for our soul growth. All life lessons are to work toward becoming one with the divine to increase understanding and compassion for ourselves and others. The Natural Laws of the Universe binds all mankind with the rules of moral behaviour relating to justice and injustice, even those who have no association or covenant with each other. The virtue we should cultivate is happiness within and living in perfect harmony with others. Natural law obliges us to contribute to the general good of the larger society. No one said life was going to be easy. You did choose to be here to learn and grow. Every choice you make is a choice to move forward or stay where you are. Each time you decide to do something positive it reinforces your life choice to stay on track and move forward. We call that PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, as you alone make the choice. It is always more positive and easier when it FEELS right in your gut. (Solar Plexus) When a soul incarnates here on earth, it arrives with baggage that contains both positive and negative experimentations from all its different lives. It also arrives with a program that allows us to continue its SOUL GROWTH in relation to good and bad and its eventual purpose to work through and perfect each lesson. This SOUL GROWTH is connected to everything we do and part of your DNA. Without constant self discipline and practice it is difficult to attain ENLIGHTENMENT as the path is long and difficult. We all have times when life feels hard; when we’re frustrated and tired and just want to hide away. If that’s you right now, remember – every caterpillar has to rest to become a butterfly and you’ll soon find your wings and fly. In love and light Essential Oils
Essential oils promote emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Flower essences affect many bioenergetic levels of the human function including the spiritual level (casual body). Make sure the essential oils are therapeutic grade. Does your oil meet AFNOR or ISO standards. How many years has the supplier been doing all of this? If this is where you interest lies it is a wonderful way to assist others and yourself. The chemistry of essential oils is very complex. They are highly concentrated and far more potent than dried herbs. The distillation process is what makes the oils so concentrated. It often required and entire plant or more to produce a single drop of distilled essential oil. Users need to be fully versed in the chemistry and safety of the oils. They are used for a multitude of options: killing bacteria, fungi, viruses, balance moods, lift spirit and dispel negative emotions. They can stimulate and regenerate the tissue of nerves. Records date back to 4500 BC to describe uses and aromatic substances for religious rituals and medical applications. The ancients had a wonderful understanding. During WW1 military hospitals used aromatic essence for the antibacterial properties and began using several kinds of ointments. There is Steam distillation, Solvent Extraction and Grain Alcohol Extraction. As a buyer please be aware of how the extraction is done and who the source is. I encourage anyone with this interest o do research to understand fully the knowledge supporting Essences. The last thought I wish to leave you with is this. Energetically an essence gown in the local area has the vibration of the surrounding land and will be more suitable for use than one grown in another country with a different vibration. Have you ever been involved in an action, thought deed where you KNEW all was right with what you were thinking doing or acting upon. That is higher self acknowledging your intuition. You intuition knows all you need to be aware of. It is also ACCESSING the AKASHIC RECORDS of your past lives to give you insight in how to deal with situations. So pay attention. You first thought is always the right thought. It is your intuition of HIGHERSELF Saying go for it. Or don’t go for it. Put it is the connection to SOURCE. Letting go of the past is your first step towards happiness. You are here for a special reason. Stop being a prisoner of your past. Become the architect of your present. Learn from your regrets, but do not punish yourself with them. Live beyond your scars and focus on building the life that you truly deserve.
