“You get back exactly what you give out” Emerson defines this as “payment for services rendered or injury suffered” Nothing happened by chance. When you are kind, it comes back to you. When you cause grievance to/for others, it comes back to you – usually 10 fold. Have you spoken mean, insulted someone, perhaps undermined their authority or spoken maliciously behind their back. I hear people say “I see people transgressing or sinning every daily and they get by so well. Here I am doing everything right and everything goes wrong”. There are two errors in thinking here: 1/ this kind of thinking denotes negativity. 2\The law does not require that you see the payment another receives for his deeds. Remember, for it is simple, we must pay for the errors that we make, and we are rewarded for the good and kind deeds we do, and the conformity with the Natural Law that we show.
