Truama  holds you in the grip of Fear – the unknown. Often you feel like there is betrayal and no one you can trust.  Finding someone you can trust is not always easy. Also you have to take the first step to want to work through this as there is also a powerful need to deny. We are LIGHT BEINGS connect to God. We have a responsibility to ourselves and our loved ones to live our life to the fullest, no matter how difficult it is. We must ensure that each step we take through life is a positive one and that each act we perform is an act of light and an act of LOVE. Heaven is not someplace else but in our heart and minds and all around us. For we are light and as our light grows we shiner brighter within the UNIVERSE in love and light

t.Emotional Growth  July 27
Emotional growth through experiences are our teachers pleasant and unpleasant. The spirit of man needs opposition or imbalance in his life to promote growth. Suffering is the equivalent to imbalance in your life. Pain and conflict are our teacher along with joy and excitement.
So if you have suffering ask yourself what ( weaknees) is it that I need to address in my life to move forward?
Remember perfect balance result in perfect stagnation.

Understanding Energy (EMF’S) July 12
Mankind has not yet embarked on the road to grasp the greatest secret to understand we are all a part of the CREATOR. The Aura is the biological field (cocoon) around the body and the interaction of various vibrations has consequences that filter into the human energy system.  Our environment affects all that we do. As humans our electrical currents (cerebral cortex cortical tracts) are affected by the Electromagnetic fields (EMF’s) of assorted strengths and frequencies that abound in our environment. The intensity of the currents fluctuates and can effect and change body chemistry at the cellular level. High-frequency fields called ‘DIRTY” electricity often causes many issues in a LARGE PERCENTAGE of the population. There is a wide wide range of issues that we should be aware of  include headaches ,heart disease, ADD, fatigue, ache, pains, allergies, digestive difficulties, chemical sensitivities, rapid aging, cardio-vascular issues, immune systems, memory loss (Alzheimer’s) and even cancer. There are too many studies with positive findings for this health issues to be over looked.  I will share my personal journal tomorrow.

 Baby Steps      July 9
There is a major energy shift going on. I know many are feeling this lost, time for a change and even some an unknown – Where do I go from here. That is always an ongoing question for many. Especially those who are very aware of cutting edge intense energy changes for a deeper knowing.
I want to share that is OK at time like this to just be. TRUST the process. Feel the flow of the new the energy. Allow the subtle changes to work to take you to a higher place. It’s wonderful time when you see that the chaos around you is beginning to settle into a new direction. Meditation is even more important to allow you to connect to higher self and the spirit guides who will guide you into the peace and tranquility of another higher sphere of life and connectedness of all that is. Stay focused and allow. In love and light
Sometimes we come to life's crossroads And we view what we think is the end. But God has a much wider vision And he knows that it's only a bend- The road will go on and get smoother And after we've stopped for a rest, The path that lies hidden beyond us Is often the path that is best. So rest and relax and grow stronger, Let go and let God share your load And have faith in a brighter tomorrow- You've just come to a bend in the road.      Helen Steiner Rice
