We received this last night during a session. I was given permission to share this. Many are afraid of the new energies being brought forward for us all to work with.

Space Ships  in Bolivia April 30
On our trip to Peru we also went to Lake Titicaca. What a fascinating adventure. It was like going back in a time capsule. I walked on a reed island that was like walking on a water bed. Some of the locals live on the island and make hand crafts to sell. They cut the reeds, dry them over a line and then place them on the bed of reeds to walk on. The homes were reeds as well. They also make the boats to carry tourist to and from the hotel and bring supplies to the village. I meditated in a reed boat all the way back to the Hotel from this island.
It was a peaceful, magical place. We stayed in a 5 star hotel that was built on the spot of a previous jail. We had a full day and went to bed fairly early as we were exhausted. As I closed my eyes and started to drift off I could hear the scream of those who had died and were imprisoned, so sleep eluded me.
We had a beautiful big picture window over- looking the Lake. I just enjoyed relaxing and watching the stars in the deep blue sky. During the night I saw three (3) flying saucers enter the lake and two (2) exit.  I lay there all night staring into the sky to see if any more would be sighted. In the morning, I asked our tour guide and he stated they were stories of an underground city that the space ships go to. We never know what we are about to encounter so it pays to have an open mind and be comfortable with who you are. What a fascinating place, when I close my eyes I can go back and visit.          In love and light

 
Truth:
I had the first very unwelcome client last year. I do not judge if you come for a reading. I do my best for everyone. My responsibility is to assist in whatever area you need guidance. Sometimes I know the client is not happy about the information being imparted. When it is given to me I try to find a gentle way of explaining why difficult insights are being given.
I had a client who had never had a reading before. I tried to put him at ease and explain how it works. As I was a few minutes into it, I stated this is all information you already know, so if you don’t want help let me know. You have boundaries up and are not sure if you really want help. Well he agreed and so I stated. He was being contacted by aliens and was given insights he was not comfortable with. He was getting insights into future events. They were sharing what was going  to happens to him.
OOPs I was confirming everything he didn’t want to hear. He stood up screamed I was an imposter and headed for the door, yelling all the way to the door that I was the one who was crazy. I have never had this happen before. I was relieved when he closed the front door.
An hour later he came back to apologize. Earlier in year he went to a Doctor and they placed in a mental ward for 3 months. They said everything was his imagination and he was not to talk about it. He had come for me to confirm it was all in his imagination. I didn’t do that. I opened Pandoras Box.
We spent time talking about why it was happening and how he could learn to work with it etc.. That was one experience I could have done without, however I know that not everyone had my understanding  knowledge and awareness that not everyone see, hears or communicates with the unknown.
When we deal with the public not everyone will be to your liking or will they always get what information you share. Be polite courteous and do your best even when it is unusual or not in your comfort zone. I have discovered this was spirit testing me for future commitment. I do not share a lot about aliens, contact or insight I have as it intimidates the majority of people. I get it. I am not here to change any ones belief system. That is personal growth and responsibility.
Destiny determines who enters you life, but you decide who stays. There are three things in life that leave and never return: words, time and opportunities.          You choose.   In love and light

Uninvited Guest: April 27
I was in a Body Electronics Workshop when the instructor asked me to work on the spine of a lady who was constantly having back issues. I began at the tail bone and slowly worked upwards vertebrae by vertebrae to allow the energy to increase and clear any blockages. The energy was heavy and dense and as I reached the thoracic vertebrae T4, Mary spoke up and said. Alva, Alva look at the floor. Oh my god. As I looked at floor below the head of my massage table I saw three large green toes on a foot about 20 inches long. No panic, I instantly called on Arch Angel Michael and asked him to take the creature back to where ever it belonged. I did not look up. I had no desire to see what it looked like. The feet were enough for me. As I worked I was given the impression that this had been a long time issue perhaps sometime in early childhood during an accident was when the entity had entered the spine.
Not everything in our Universe belongs here. Sometimes there are holes in the layers surrounding our universe and creatures get through. When we do not know if it is good or bad always call on Arch Angel Michael to assist to take it BACK TO WHERE IT BELONGS. No judgement and time can be of the essence so this is the simple method as he is protection for everyone.
When we smoke, drink alcohol and/or do drugs legal or not we put holes in our auric field. Also during a car accident or a fall can put holes in the aura. This allows unwelcome visitors and negative energy to enter the field.
It is important to ask for protection daily of the energy field (aura). If you feel you have an issue with the aura use one of these methods to heal it. Sew, knit, staple and balance and/or visualizing the aura being complete. It can make a difference in how your work environment affects your emotional state as well.                                 In love and light

Meditation Practice April 26
We have the ability to change the structure of our own brains and slow down the aging process. With daily 30 minutes meditations you affect the hippocampus known for awareness, compassion and introspection.  Regular practice improves the gray matter known as the amygdala which plays a role in anxiety and stress. Rebuilding this is a major component of the central nervous system involved in muscle control, seeing, hearing, memory, emotions, speech, decision-making and self-control.
When we relax and feel good endorphins are released and through meditation people are given self-awareness to be able to deal with the stress more effectively. It improves the area of the brain responsible for self-control. You no longer do the action/ reaction to perpetuate a negative response.  When you meditate you boost the immune system to fight dis-ease within the body. Stress increases the cortisol that causes other ailments. Meditation encourages you to be empathetic to the needs and emotions of others and less caught up in your own world. The other wonderful benefit is the memory improves as you are in a relaxed state.
 You will find a new awareness of all of your daily activities and find a better quality of life when you make it a daily practice.   In love and light

Soul Discovery April 25
Spiritual work requires an ongoing effort. Beliefs in as much as they are CONVICTIONS have very little to do with it. Your BELIEF SYSTEM requires work and clear thinking to be all that you can be. Be discerning and try not to let your feelings be hurt and take things personally when others disagree with your beliefs. Self-transformation and mastery takes years at the least and multiple lifetimes.
At any given moment, our relationships are a mirror reflection of how we think and feel about ourselves. If we do not value ourselves, we are magnets for people who do not value us either. If we want to improve our relationships, we must start by beginning to value and loving ourselves first. Let go of those who do respect and value you. Replace them with those of like minds.
George Bernard Shaw said “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
Your thoughts hold the power to lift you up or knock you down. When a negative thought creeps in send yourself LOVE. Forgive yourself if you are sad, lonely or fearful. Let whatever happens be as it is. Change  your thoughts to  be only positive.
Being spiritual awakened means you see reality the way it truly is. You start to live life with a completely different perspective. Our thoughts create us.  When you walk in peace, love and harmony in the midst of a chaotic world, you are awakened spiritually. You have the ability of a light worker to assist the world to a better place.              In love and light

Beliefs  April 24
You cannot be grateful and complain at the same time. BUDDHA SAID: “You will not be punished for your anger. You will be punished BY your anger.”
You subconscious mind records everything that we are exposed to. Whatever subconscious beliefs we have, shape exactly who and what we attract, and our entire reality. In a perfect world we would have only positive thoughts; meditate daily and listen only to calming music.
Our poor self-image is the result of a lifetime worth of experiences that we have misinterpreted to mean we are not good enough, not smart enough or loveable enough and every other misconception we have bought in to by the way people treat us or we have treated our selves. When we are trapped in low self esteem or feelings of unworthiness, our relationships will always be fragmented, incomplete and unsatisfying.
When someone has negative emotions such as guilt, anger and constantly complaining, a part of the brain call the HYPOTHALAMUS triggers the release of a chemical called ‘CORTISOL’ from the adrenal gland on the kidneys. This chemical has several negative effects on the body.
Those negative thoughts create stress, which attracts more stress and lead to anxiety depending how much cortisol you release on a daily basis. This in turn weakens the immune system. Another way to look at it is that every negative thought has a vibrational frequency that either heightens or lowers the effectiveness of your immune system. This is the flight or fight response of your body.
GUILT is unexpressed anger redirected against YOURSELF and held within. Denial gives it more power.
FEAR  is the extension of guilt. Let it go and you will be free. Guilt perpetuates behaviour.
When you smile and laugh it triggers the release of ENDORPHINS in the brain and enhances your mood, reduces stress, anxiety, boosts self esteem and improves sleep. Laughing releases even more endorphins- the feel good chemicals.             In love and light

Living the good life:
Always accept responsibility for your own condition on harmony and discord.
Believe strongly that you CAN improve in any area.
Do not hesitate to seek qualified help from an experienced, trustworthy person.
 If you are right, then there is no need to get angry. And if you are wrong then you don't have any right to get angry.                                                                                                                                                       
Patience with family is love. Patience with others is respect. Patience with self is confidence.
 Never think hard about the past, It brings tears. Don't think more about future, It brings fears. Live this moment with a smile, It brings cheers...
 Every test in our life makes us bitter or better. Every problem comes to make us or break us. Choice is ours, whether we become a victim or be victorious.
 Search a beautiful heart, not a beautiful face. Beautiful things are not always good, but good things are always beautiful.
Understand that if you are in depression or feeling down you need to change your mental perspective. Is your cup half full or half empty. Having attitude of gratitude will move mountains. This is why I suggest affirmations to help turn the thinking around.
“All that is mine by Divine Right is now released and reaches me in a perfect way under Grace” or perhaps  “ My good now over takes me in a surprising way.”.
Thoughts are things and how you think results in  dis-harmony and dis-ease within the body, mentally emotionally and physically. All illness starts in the aura and with improper thoughts affects the body. Example not being able to nurture yourself or another often leads to breast cancer or block lymph nodes.
Your spiritual connection is much more positive when you are feeling cheerful and full of hope. Life is not being rich, being popular, being highly educated or being perfect. It is about being real, being humble and being kind.           In love and light

Spiritual Development:
Most people are under the assumption that the moment one steps into the Spiritual World, a magic wand is waved and everything is assimilated in a few hours. Communication between spiritual beings is achieved either by word of mouth or by thought transference. Everything depends on our own efforts.
True Spiritual Attributes are all the things that make our daily lives tolerable and are often ignored as being insignificant. Many of those who claim to be spiritual live in a dream world of their own making believing they know everything and are critical of others. The people who are ethical and think rightly are abused and ridiculed by those with ‘no standards and no ethics’. Do you really think this is an example of who will help you grow and learn? The awareness to which a person is willing to be open and do not have limited beliefs will advance quickly. No one can proceed to a higher place until they have reached that level of understanding. Choose your teacher/ mentor wisely.
“As a man thinketh, so he is”. Wonderful explanation of how our thinking affects our mental, physical and spiritual bodies. The BRAIN is the computer of the PHYSICAL BODY and is responsible for is movement. The mind is the computer of the SPIRITUAL BODY and is the center of our whole being and  the connection to source.
Being positive and having metal harmony will affect how your daily life flows. Our emotional responses of being cheerful, happy and positive thinking can turn everything around in our daily lives. Using Mantras and Affirmations can assist in changing the thought process and remove negative thinking. The lower thoughts bring us down spiritually and the less we are able to cope with life, people and communications.
Here is a good affirmation for everyone to start with. “I give thanks that I now bring forth from the Universal Substance everything that satisfies all the righteous desires of my heart.      In love and light

Love  April 21
Love is all there is. When those words are spoken the song comes to mind and reverberates through my brains. Love looks like light. It is the heart and soul of creator that exits in all dimensions. You can’t see it. You can only experience it. When I am totally connect to source, my heart sours and tears stream forth as the creators love is so overwhelming and pure. When you surrender to Divine Love it dissolves the EGO and creates growth. Growth is nothing more than the expansion of consciousness to walk the Spiritual Path to attain communication with consciousness raising you to higher dimensional frequencies of awareness and going directly to Source.                In love and light

Open to Spirit: April 20
Many are feeling overwhelmed by the experiences of connecting and becoming more aware of spirit in their everyday lives. God does not discriminate, he loves all equally. This is an opportunity to step up/forward, be open and assume responsibility and share in whatever way you are guided to. Allow love and light to flow through you from Higher Self and the Creator in all that you do. This gift requires openness, surrender, humility and omitting the ego. We are addressing releasing the limited self concepts to allow this to happen. You are never guided by spirit to a position or situation that you are not prepared to handle. Trust is important.
Through Meditation you will be given insights, and a degree of objectivity to make choices and create new experiences along with self-examination of attitude and limiting beliefs if you allow. When you learn to trust the process you will gain in confidence about how to proceed with new information and/or insights. There is less internal friction when being guided by Spirit. When you surrender and TRUST the process, you will be more accepting rather than trying to control everything in your life. We call this being in the flow.
Meditation is a TOOL designed to assist you with realizing the meaning of life. When you surrender for those few minutes you are making yourself available for maximum growth and experience. When your motivation is pure, you will be guided along the divine path and have no need to fear. As you grow and align to the higher source you also accelerate planetary growth and hold the door open for others to follow and break the patterns of limitations. When you work and make changes it affects “ALL”.
Meditate upon the light and follow INNER SELF and your heart and you will be guided to the proper places, teachings and experiences. These energies will purify, align and removed veils when you open your heart. The choice is up to you.          In love and light

Grie
Grief is different for everyone. Some are able to go through the process understanding and getting on with life fairly quickly. Others can hold on to the pain and grieve for years. Do not be hard on yourself. What is easy for you, may not be for another. Grief is not just about loos of a loved one. It can be loss of a home, a job, a car, a pet. Loss comes in many forms.
Telling someone it has been long enough, or it is time to move, on is not appropriate. Some people enjoy the pain of loss. It often allows them to feel connect to the loved one. It is a choice but none the less it is their choice. There are seven stages of grieving and you work through the stages as it is appropriate for you. No one has the right to judge you because no one really knows what you have been through.  
My friend Cathy holds a biweekly grief and pain meditation class to help people to heal from loss. I find it fascinating how many people have moved on but still feel the pain of loss. We all do, some more than others. When you love and cherish deeply it can be like riding a roller coaster. One day you are on top of the world and he next day emotionally in the deepest fathoms of the ocean. Working on letting go of the pain is a grand idea. You never get over the loss but you can gain perspective and learn to carry on and live a full life. It is a choice you can make. I admire people like Cathy for being the caring individual to assist others to move forward.  We all need to respect and support with kind words, the family, friends and even strangers during the grieving process as one day we each will need it.  
People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person. When someone is in your life for a REASON . . . It is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are! They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong doing on your part, or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end .Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on.
When people come into your life for a SEASON . . .Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. I’ve learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone.  People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.  I’ve learned that I still have a lot to learn.  I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

Death
 I have had a few very interesting conversations lately. I am always amazed how uncomfortable people are about the subject of death, dying and what to do. I don’t how it became so difficult for most, as we eventually all die. Choices made about funerals and dying requests are really a part of life.  We should have a will so that those loved ones left behind follow you wishes especially if you cannot talk about it.
When you lose someone you love, it is often very difficult to make the necessary decisions. Each family member grieving often has their own ideas on what is appropriate. If guilt is involved that may make choices that are costly and not necessary causing arguments and disruptions in family dynamics that can become bigger issues during the process.
So let share some simple ideas to start. Write down how to address your personal belongings and what  you would like for a funeral.  This can be left where the family can find it easily. Ie: desk, jewelry box, in amongst your files and let someone you trust know. Wills are usually simple and most cost about $300. per person.  You are the only one who can decide what you want done. If money is an issue check out The Simple Alternative. Most Funeral Homes do not announce this service as it is much cheaper.  I urge you do decide and perhaps even make your own arrangements. In my files I have prearranged Funeral Services for those who chose to help write their own service. I am always open to helping make it easier.
Putting everything in place can bring you comfort that when the time comes you have taken the burden of putting everything organized to help ease the pain of loss. Food for thought.  In love and light
 Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love.  It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in the hallow part of your chest.  Grief is just love with no place to go.

Gratitude;
We all have times when we feel down, left out, perhaps even not part of the family. All these emotions are honest and natural. We cannot be up 100% of the time. Holidays are especially hard on those who have lost a loved one. It is at these times I recommend you be alone if need be. Please remember there are people around you who respect your wishes and care and would always welcome you for a cup of tea or heartfelt chat. As a Pastor for 24 years, I would reach out to those I knew were alone or not with family and bring them to our home for dinner. Our home always had lots of love to share with many. Everyone should have someone who cares about their health and welfare.
Our world is so fast paced we often neglect to say I love you, I care about you or you are in our thoughts and prayers. Yesterday was a special day for me. I was blessed with my extended family being here to share in laughter, food and good wishes. Watching  my grandchildren grow is a treat and I am truly blessed to have such wonderful family in my life.
In a perfect world everyone would feel gratitude and joy and be with loved ones on special occasions. This is not a perfect world, so we as individuals have to make the best to enjoy the blessings we do have. For those that were alone know that many of us in the spiritual community really do care and do our best to help you on your soul journey.    In love and light

Spinal Alignment: April 16
George had fallen off his truck and called to ask if I could help him. He spent 2twenty (20) minutes walking 10 steps to the door. He was in excruciating pain.  When we finally got him onto the massage table the tears were misting behind his eyelids.
I spent two hours starting to balance the spinal column and taking him to still point to allow the body to reorganize and heal itself. It was wonderful to see him almost dancing out the door at the end.
A few months later he called and asked for another appointment.  He had been diagnosis with a tumour on the left side of his head between the skull and brain. This time I used a technique to energetic balance the body and request the shrinkage of the tumour. We had a few appointments repeating the process.
George was scheduled for surgery to remove the tumour in a few weeks. They did x-rays before the surgery and were amazed that it was one third (1/3) the size when first observed. They stated that was unusual and they hadn’t seen that before. Of course George did not explain he had taken matters into his own hand to assist the healing process. Prayers and healing can be achieved when you focus and believe.   In love and light

Free Will
I recently had the opportunity to sit in someone else meditation class. It was wonderful and I always enjoy being a party to sharing the energy, and observing as a student instead of teaching.
I did the exercise we were working on and felt wonderful. There was extra time for me so I went on to do other work using the beautiful raised vibrations of the group. I had a couple of clients I have been trying to explain the opportunities of cross along with FREE WILL. So I took the time to work with both Pat and Gordon. Pat is 81 and is scared to cross. Both gentlemen have had the cords that are attached at the umbilicus to others cut on numerous times by both families. Both for some reason are terrified to cross into the light. I explained that loved ones who have passed are there to greet them. It is a celebration of family members who crossed before them coming together. I explained that God does not judge you. You judge all the things you have done. Heaven and hell are the opportunities to learn and grow here. There is no hell there.
I found myself going into detail to explain to Gordon, how his not going to bed all night was affecting his wife. She was concerned and exhausted, half sleeping and continually getting up to make sure he was ok. He was so caught up in himself with his personal agenda, temper tantrums, and spending so much time tripping in and out of the other side that he had no idea how hard it was on his family. I was aware of the love and respect for his wife and family and knew that being so caught up in himself, he’d lost track of that. I asked him if that was what he wanted, to make her so sick that she would end up following him before her time?  No reply.
I have to say, I recently discover how stubborn he was in a reading I did for the wife. So when I was explaining all of this to him, I had to pulling myself back from arguing with him. This was a first for me. I was so wound up I did chop, chop, chop on the cords. I found myself smiling at my reaction, after all I am human. I am here to assist not tell anyone what to do. He was extremely defensive, as was half expected, annoyed and getting very angry with my suggestion and interference.  I did my best to share how it was very, very difficult watching him literally fall apart before their eyes. Suspect that when I see him next, he won’t be as friendly as he usually is. Free will gives everyone the opportunity to choose when to leave. Really don’t know if I helped him as he was extremely angry with me. I am ok with that.
As the class was getting ready to finish the exercise, I became aware of how many souls had gathered to hear the explanation of choices about the afterlife and were hovering around the room. I gently explained that they could go to the light and encouraged those that were ready to do so. It is always an honour to work with spirit to help those here on earth and in spirit to grow, learn and move on.   In love and light

Bleeding from the Spleen:
Nephew Zachery: My brother Randy was in Hamilton on his way home to Honey harbour. They had pulled of the Highway to get a bite of lunch. As they going up the ramp the car broke down and Randy pulled the car as close to the edge as he could. Randy was getting everyone over to the other of the ramp as being on the ramp there was danger of the car being hit. My nephew Zachery proceeded to run and the cars coming down were so fast one hit him. I received a car from my brother when they reached the hospital and the doctor was attending Zach.
First thing out of his mouth was “, He’s not going die is he, tell me he’s going to be ok?”  I said yes he’ll be ok. Please calm down and explain what happened.  I told him he’d be ok. Few injuries and time will take care of that. Randy exclaimed well your coming now, aren’t you? Once Randy calmed down I explain that I would be there first thing in the morning. Let Zachery settle in and the doctors do what they need too, I promise I’ll come and see how I can assist the healing process.
I arrive at the hospital around 9 am and that first thing I do when I find them is to Ask Permission to do some healing on Zach? You never do any healing without asking permission or either the individual or the person in charge of their health. This is an absolute must in any healing being done. This was at least 10 years ago and TT was just being accepted into hospitals.  
They had the monitor on him, and were giving him intravenous. He had a broken arm, broken leg, cracked ribs and bleed from the spleen. They were very concerned about the bleeding of the spleen saying it could take a few days to stop. He was so out of it I knew that they best avenue of healing with through the webbing of the big toes. Energetically you can send the healing through the Sympathetic Nervous System this way. So I said a prayer for assistance of those in spirit to help me direct the energy to where it was needed.
I stood there with my fingers on the webbing as staff came and went, just focusing on Zach and sending healing love through his body. No one said anything to me, but they gave me odd looks. Didn’t care this was family and I was going to do what was necessary to get him back on track. Within a few minutes Zach looked up smiled and said Auntie Alva I can feel tingling in my feet. A few minutes later, I have tingling in my legs. I knew we were on track when he said the tingling was in his hips. Well this continued for about an hour. When I felt I had done all I could, I stopped. I stayed with the family and tried to reassure them all would be well. While I was talking to them, a Doctor came in to check on Zach and pronounced the spleen had stopped bleeding and that was a good thing. My brother thanked the doctor. You could see the relief on my brothers face when the doctor told him. He was in the hospital for a few days and his health has returned and he is doing well. It’s nice that my brother accepts what I do and will call when they need assistance.  In love and light

Healing;
When I place my hands on a client, the body talks to me to tell me everything that is going on and when it started in their timeline. I then see it in my third eye.  I am truly a sensitive medium.
Bobbie was a young lad of 7 who had issues with focusing for more than a minute or two. He could only speak 2 or 3 words together. He was not a good sleeper  and hummed all night long and the mother and father had to monitor him closely. He often became upset when trying to express himself. His younger siblings protected him and spoke up for him at home, school and play.  I was aware that he was very scattered .  I offered to do some work on him. I started by doing 10 minute sessions once a week to balance the chakras. It took us 3 months to get him where I do energy work for 20 minutes.
I discovered during the period of working with Bobby that he was conceived while his dad was on heavy medication for major back injuries. This can affect the nervous system I also discovered his grandparents cooked with Aluminum pots and pans. Heavy metals such as Aluminum can affect the function of the brain especially the synapses of the neurons between left and right. He was a delightful young lad and loved how he felt after we were done even though they were very short sessions as he could not sit still long enough.
(The synapses of the brain are part of a network of mini conductors that help to channel how we move, react and think and are seen to perform functions that effect everything we do. These cell elements create chemical reactions that signal those movements.)
It was so exciting when mom turned up and started sharing that he was now been able to express in 14 word sentences what he wanted .He was now sleeping through the night . Still up early but not humming all night long. He began protecting and taking care of his siblings. What an honour to be a part of being able to shift the energy to allow the flow of life force energy  to all portions of the brain so he could be able to speak up for himself with wants, desires and be more involved in the family.
This was one of my blessed AH HA  moments.   In love and light

Polarity Therapy Healing
When I work with clients I always ask: Anything I should be aware before we begin? This client Jeff  said, NO.I start by balancing the energy to align with the individuals’ vibration to work with them. So I gently started to work with Jeff and few minutes into the session I was very surprised. Spirit showed me a car accident where Jeff had gone through a yellow light and his car was hit. It was obvious his fault and his sense of timing was off. They then shared that this had occurred on three occasions. I asked  Jeff have you had three occurrences of going through a caution light and been hit by another car.  Response was , Oh ya, no big deal.
I continued on and they took me back to Jeff being approximately seven (7) years old. They showed me Jeff going head first into the boards in an ice rink while playing hockey. They told me that his head was not sitting on the spinal column and that that misfortune was the cause of his perception being off. I then proceeded to rebalance his spinal column to the head. While working on him they also told me his perception in colours had been altered.
When I finished the session I address what I had been given. Told him he would not have another accident due to misperception.  He would not be more aware of the actual colours he was seeing .I stated you were not aware my healing room was a very soft pink? No he stated.
Well. I scared him with my knowledge and awareness and what I had to share and he never came back. That is my life and my gift and many people fear what they don’t understand I am grateful with knowing no more accidents for Jeff.
When I give it’s because I get it. It’s because I know the value in what I have in my heart and I refuse to let the world stop me from sharing that. When you take me for granted or no longer appreciate my sincerity, I won’t switch, I won’t get angry, and I won’t be spiteful. I’ll just get smart and I’ll change your role in my life. Because when I give, I’m all in. But when I’m done, there’s no looking back.   In love and light

Hawaii Healing  April 12
I am blessed with the gift of healing. When I place my hands on an individual I sense not only the issue/illness, stuck energy,  but able to go back to where it started. On a healing course in Hawaii I was working with a beautiful, kind soul of a gentlemen who had been abused in Private School. It started out being a very simple release and after a few minutes he was sobbing and crying uncontrollable.  It turned into a 2 hour episode and the power behind it was years of sexual abuse being released from the cellular memory. The room was filled with the smell of urine and semen. Apparently this was a dark secret and had affected his entire life. He could not remain in relationships. Often memories would flood back and he would retreat and withdraw from everyone.
Healing of the soul can be both overwhelming and exhilarating. I heard from him off and on for a few years. His life was different and he was much happier. We don’t forget the memories of abuse but we can release stuck emotions, guilt and hidden secrets to improve our life.     In love and light
Life is like a party.

Life is kind of like a party. You invite a lot of people, some leave early, some stay all night, some laugh with you, some laugh at you, and some show up late. But in the end, after the fun, there are a few who stay to help you clean up the mess. And most of the time they aren’t even the ones who made the mess. These people are your real friends. They are the ones who matter most.                      unknown

Cutting Cords
When you walk into a room full of seniors do you find you become exhausted? Do you have a loved one that drains you every time you visit. Do you have a loved one who is barely hanging on? Do you have someone you wish to emotionally disconnect from?  They are drawing upon your life force energy to maintain. Try this technique.
First you need to put a PRAYER OF PROTECTION around yourself to keep unwanted negative energies to affect you. Ask for a bubble of protection to remove all negative energy within your energy field. You can also ask for your guides and angels to be there to protect you as well. Include a special spiritual being if you are drawn to them.  ie: God, Higher Source, Jesus, Arch Angel Michael, Buddha, Shiva.
 Our life force energy is contained within the spinal column.  We draw more energy through the crown chakra from source. We also draw it in from the aura (energy field around the body) as well, but the majority of life forces enters through the crown chakras. Visualize a cord going from your umbilicus to their umbilicus (belly button).  The more emotional connection you have had to the person, the larger the cord will be. It can be very large like tree roots. You visualize cutting the cord THREE TIMES. Use what feels right to you: sword, knife, chain saw, scissors etc.  Make sure you cut the cord THREE TIMES. You may have to go back and cut it whenever you think about them or feel the need to disconnect again. Often we have to do this for a few days as we are very emotional as humans we connect the cords very easily and have to re-cut them. Do this as many times as you feel necessary. You will know or sense when you can stop doing this as emotionally you stop thinking about them or forget to do the exercise.
When Margaret my mother in law was in the nursing home I cut the cords daily to each family member, all our pets and the house. Within a week she passed as she was now surviving on her own energy. Sometimes we are so close to loved ones we don’t recognize they are drawing upon our energy to maintain. Cutting the cords allows them to let go and not drain you. You are NOT changing their choices, just allowing them to make the decision to cross easier.  Often the choice to let go is harder as they have fear in letting go. That is also why giving permission is important.  Hope this helps. In love and light

Difficult Decisions:
My mother in law Marg was not happy with the decision to place her in a long time care facility. It was a hard decision for the family. She had Sundowners Alzheimers and Cancer. I have great respect and understanding for anyone who has to make these kinds of choices. It is never easy.When mental and physical health of the family are being affected it is not longer a choice.
For the first few months Marg was angry with me. Often individuals choose one person to take their anger out on. It was me. I knew it was the illness as we did not argue or have major issues.
I adored Johns’ mom as she was a kind considered and loving person. Adored the kids and was included in almost everything we did as a family. Often we would go shopping together.She was a people watcher and would go for coffee just to watch others.
When I was rushed to the hospital having anxiety attack the decision was made. We had brought a good friend who worked with seniors  to be with her Monday to Friday 24 hours a day until we were able to place her. Our friend Dorthea was great with Margaret and we knew she was in good hands. Margaret has completed LIFE REVIEW and dropped in a few weeks ago filling the house with smoke She has come back to say sorry for how she was during that period of illness.  I was aware it was the illness, not her. We are good.
When we were back on track I would go and visit and spent time talking about everything I thought she want to know about. She spent her last afternoon signing Irish Songs and laughing with me. We made peace which I am grateful for it makes it easier.  She was a wonderful person and I am grateful she was in my life and encouraged her son to find me 2 years after Tom passed.

 Kilauea Volcano, Hawaii
I had the opportunity to visit Kilauea on the Big Island of Oahu while taking a healing course.We went in the evening as you can see the lava below better in the dark than during the day. The trail is marked daily to guide you out to where it is safe to look into the flowing lava. You follow the markers and can go out to the edges to look directly downward and see the lava flowing below your feet. You can also feel the heat below you. Visually you can follow it down to the ocean and see when it is opens in the different areas and then see the steam as it enters the ocean. Impressive to say the least. Our teacher and guide warned us not to step onto the lava if we were feeling any anger at all. When a volcano erupts you can be assured that somewhere on the ley line of the volcano a major issues of anger have just occurred.
As we made our way out to the flowing lava you could feel the heat building below your feet. My sneakers were very warm and you needed to keep moving. As we headed out some vistors were heading and and talking about a couple who had fallen into the volcano while they were out there.The expression was that they were swallowed up. They were going to report it. Rumour has it that it is a regular occurance and no one speaks about it or is it advertised. I wondered if they had anger issues.
 It is quite a treck out to edge the folowing lava and you do have to be very careful as it is very sharpe and not easy to walk on. It is very irregular, rough and you are constantly looking to see where to step. Lava is where pumice stone comes from. On the way back a few of us were try to skirt around a small group who were heading back. They were very, very slow and  oblivous to anyone but themselves. We spoke to them  and they ignored us.I started to get annoyed at how they were inconsiderate they were.  I started to trip and did a summersalt landing on my left knee and both hands. My knee was scraped and both hands stung from the sharp edges of the lava. I was being watched over during my skirt with anger. I did not even tear my slacks. Wow scary, learned that lesson fast and  first hand.  I slowed down and started to pray to remove any traces of anger.  We made it safely back to the van.  I can still close my eyes to see the flowing lava.  Powerful, beautiful and scary.                      In love and light

House full of Smoke:  April 7
My mother in law Margaret has completed life review and is back to visit. Hence the house is filled with cigarette smoke. She was a heavy smoker. It is so intense at time that even her son who smokes can smell it.
We had to place Magaret in a nursing facility as she had cancer and Sundowners -Alzheimers. She had two small dogs. Molly  5 yrs old, who would run from the Granny suite in to visit the moment the door  between the apartments would open .Molly was delighted to be loved and patted by everyone. The other Shitzu, 3 yr old Patches, was only Marg’s and never left her side. When Marg was placed in the Nursing facility Patches stopped eating. We did everything we could, even tried to forced feed her. I am not sure who that was harder on. Within a few week she died of a broken heart in my family room .
The smoke in the house was Margaret being upset that she had not prepared Patches for her leaving. I understand that she feels guilty about not preparing Patches for the loss. Animals like people often choose not to stay when they have been attached to a loved one.  I am working with Margaret to explain this is simply how it is and it is about the choice of the person or animal left behind. Patches was only here for her and life was not worth living without her. Sad, however we did our best.

Room for Everyone.   April 6
Everyone’s energy is unique to them. No matter where you go, no matter what you do. You will be draw to those of similar THOUGHTS and ENERGY. “LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE” All workers will have knowledge and experience in different areas.  They have usually studied to understand their own soul lessons or worked  through life lessons and know how to assist others in that area. Either way you will be draw to those who can help. It is called Natural law of attraction. You won’t always know why until you start to work with them. It’s just a FEELING. Trust your gut instinct. This applies to all areas of our life. I am sharing in respect to Spiritual work but this advice is for everything. (Lawyers, Doctors, Massage Therapists)
So, if attending a Wholistic Fair, a Health Show or Psychic Fair you will be draw to those who have knowledge and insights to some of your questions. Since everyone is of a unique energy/vibration if you learn to stay neutral you will be draw to who you should talk to even though there may be 10 people doing similar work. Each Style, each worker will have a different take on what they do. That is the gift of being good at what you do.  They may have taken similar courses, however the understanding of what and how comes from the knowledge of personal experiences.
Examples: You have just lost your job. You will be draw to someone who can give you insights of where to look. If you have lost a loved one. You will be draw to those who connect to loved ones. If you are mentally exhausted you will connect with someone who explains why and what to do about it.
I recently had a client and as we sat down to chat. She told me she a very bad experience 10 years earlier and had not sought insights since. I was the officiant at her wedding, so when she heard her friend was coming to me, she want to come as well. When I asked what had happened. She explained. That the person was accurate however, the way the information was shared left her very unsettled. This is the difference between medium and psychic, which I addressed in an earlier blog.
I said let’s see if we can give you a clearer understanding of the information being shared and perhaps insights on how to change or give a slight nudge in the right direction.
I always take me time to make sure a client understands not only why but how to work on a possible change of outcome. I give options when possible. I do not tell others what to do. I often tie in past issues with present to show the history the patterning etc. When we finished she was smiling and gave me a big hug and said that it was a very comforting in how I work. That is what I do. I am here to help you understand to the best of my ability. Those that belong with you will be drawn to you. There is room for everyone.   In love and light
