Spirit is every present and giving us gentle messages constantly day and night. Are you paying ATTENTION to how they give it to you? It is often subtle – dropping of a feather, finding a penny, hearing a familiar song. All reminders that loved ones, friends are communicating with us to let us reminding us that they are around and wish to be remembered.
The easiest way to learn to become more aware is to meditate “DAILY”. Set time aside – 10 to 15 minutes every day at the same time as your guides and teachers on the other side become aware of your wish to work with them.
I did 15 years of 1 hour a day at the same time. The benefits were profound. My connect with spirit was  wonderful, peaceful and profound. I could be in the middle of a past life and be aware the doorbell was ringing. I could stop, do what was necessary and go back to the same spot within minutes of returning to meditate. Practice allows anyone to do this.
