In my recent move we have had to downsize. As a result many objects are still in the 2nd garage in boxes. I had company sitting and chatting one day and I was discussing how I had to do Hypnosis to stay focused in my office. I stated that while working I too often became distracted. Frances a spirit who often visits with information states” Your energy is following Walking Buffalo’s out to the garage”.(Walking Buffalo is a picture on my office walk facing the long hallway out to the garage.) I ask her to explain. "She explain that I have a picture in the garage who’s feeling have been hurt as it has been left out there".
I said are you kidding? Do you know many pictures are still in boxes. I downsized, and i don’t have enough room for them. Frances states ”the large one you have had a long ,long time with the trees and path in it.” Ok I go out to the garage and bring in the 3 by 5 foot lithograph which needs to have its frame fixed and I have to find wall large enough to put it on.
This print has been with me for approx 35 years. It is of a country road with a couple of large trees at the gated entrance. This is also my sacred spot to retreat to, when I meditate.
I bring it in and reframe it. Viola! Within an hour my room has shifted energy, Walking Buffalo is smiling and I can now focus on my projects. Life is good
