Visit by John the Baptist March 14
My meditation group wanted to try to meditate in the pool in my back yard. I thought what a wonderful idea. Water represents the emotions of the physical body. This has to be a great way for emotions to be brought to the surface to be released. Wow, was I in for a surprise.
Our group met a usual and they entered the warm waters of the pool. Some floated in water and a few just relaxed on the stairs. It was early evening and the sun was still shinning. I started to walk them through a wonderful meditation until they were in a very relaxed state. OMG at the other end of the pool stood John the Baptist. He began to blessing everyone in the pool. I stood there overwhelmed that we were honoured not only by his presence but that he was blessing each and everyone there. Some of my students were advanced enough and saw the proceedings. When you trust the process of teaching and living, wonderful events bless your life. This was one of those memorable events. In love and light
