Kundalini Aug 20
Chakras send energy out from the core of the body, and they assimilate energy from outside that enters the core. In this way, a chakra is defined as an organizational center for the reception, assimilation and transmission of energy. They are associated with the seven basic levels of consciousness. As we experiences spiritual growth from the root chakra to the crown chakra often the Kundalin (Serpent Fire) within moves upward. This is a wavelike movement within the cerebrospinal fluid, which triggers the pleasure centers of the brain, giving us a “blissful state” so often described by mystics. The crown chakras is also known as the seat of enlightenment. This awakening can be a powerful experience that results in profound consciousness change. This change can be experienced as increased alertness, sudden insight, visions, hearing voices. It is a much more positive experience when you practice meditation to clear and balance the chakras daily.
When a chakra has blockages during the awakening process this can be an unpleasant experience extreme difficulty functioning, issues with sleeping, profound depression or fear as the energy becomes struck. This is also symbolized by the caduceus, the modern medical symbol. This is the double serpent wrapping itself around the staff of healing. The entwined serpents are also symbolic of the double helix pattern of our DNA – the basic information- carrier of life. In love and life
