I have been requested to write on music. I am not an expert. But have knowledge of how it works in conjunction with the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. The frequency of 528 Hz is LOVE. I use music in mediations to help calm/raise specific emotions. I have music that was written for the CCMBA to get the energy flowing. (Ask anyone who does a CCMBA Workshop with Truly and myself?). A musician who writes his music could explain this at a deeper level as they write what they are feeling.
Each Chakra has its own sound to contain the essence, secrets and elements within and vowels sounds. I am putting the note, element and vowel sound for each chakra. This is only a brief explanation.
Base: Middle C /Earth/Ooo , Navel: D/ Water/Oh, Solar Plexus: E/Fire/ah Heart: F /Air/Ay, Throat: G/Ether/Eh, Brow: A/(light)/Ee, Crown: B (thought) Ee
If you have an affinity to music, follow what feels best to you .Experiment to find what works and remember WHAT WORKS FOR YOU may not work for someone else. Music is personal and you will be drawn to what FEELS right for you. The music you listen to often fits the mood you are in. I am aware of only one note that has a frequency that is found in rap music that scatters the energy around individuals rather than calming them. For the moment the note and frequency escapes me. This is why I PERSONALLY am not fond of rap as it is often disharmonious. I will state again that when people make STATEMENTS of authority it is their TRUTH not always the truth. If you want a good answer ask a musician why they write.
This blog was request by TE. And this was why?
I'm wondering what your take on listening to Hz music for relaxation or meditation. Some say the different frequencies are healing for different chakra or health conditions. Some say that certain frequencies being posted on you tube are not good at all. I listened to a really nice rainy one with native flute music that was supposed to have a healing frequency in the background. It seemed ok. Then I read somewhere else that frequency was not that great to listen to. It's all very confusing.
It transported me back to my cottage as a kid and laying a cozy in my bunk bed with the wood stove on and listening to the rain. It was the first time in a while I was able to keep calm and balanced in my mind. (T.E. this one worked for you)
