Life is a puzzle: Nov 14
I have always enjoyed doing puzzles. My family and friends have been generous with a variety of themes. I latest is Star Wars. Thousands of Star Wars images in each puzzle piece.. The large completed puzzle will be Darth Vader. I have the boarder almost complete 10 hrs later. This will be a work in progress over the winter.
I start by separating all the colours and addressing the boarder first. I don't start by looking at the larger picture but focus on shapes and fitting the colour sections together. Kind of like my life. What is the next area, venue or workshop I should be focusing on.
With all the emotional work I am doing I see this puzzle as a reflection of my life. All the aspects of personality, the different courses, jobs, relationships all in the tapestry of my life, where I have been, and where I am going. Sometimes the road was easy, others times a struggle with many hardships along the road. Always looking for a new adventure or challenge in my life. I am grateful at the moment of being aware that I need to travel back into my childhood to understand all aspects of pain, sorrow and joy to be where I am today. In the greater scheme of life I hope my life's tapestry will be one of compassion, love and sharing life with the beautiful souls who have ventured into my life. I also wanted to be remembered as someone who loved passionately to share, tell stories for personal growth and encouragement. When my picture is complete I would like it to be of a beautiful soul who did her best.
