Understanding Trauma

Understanding the Trauma
Mom was taken to the hospital with labour pains. I suspect it was a fairly long labour as that runs in our family. When mom was ready to give birth the nurses crossed her legs so I could not be born. The doctor does not get PAID if he is not at the birth, hence the crossing of moms legs.
Whether we realize it or not, everything in life is contained in the memory of the cells, from the time of conception. It also has the imprint, or patterns from our Grandparents, parents. etc. This is  part of genetics we inherited as well, and many people are becoming more aware. It is very important to know that all we see, hear, feel, taste and touch, is contained in the memory of the cells.
The patterning that is set up in the birth process may interfere with the progression of the life path of the infant. There are no accidents. Many traumatic and dramatic lessons both mother and child are facing in their life. While destiny definitely plays a part, there are many man-made traumas that can be avoided and eliminated.
Not allowing me to push my way into the world has caused emotional trauma that needs to be addressed.  I  was  held back by the crossing of the legs. This explains why I push back when someone tries to hold me back or stop me. I need to be in control. I am always thinking about new projects before I am finished the old ones. It explains the impatience I have with myself and frustration with others. Even my seedlings for the garden are started earlier than necessary.
Healing is progressing and I am learning to change my thought process to mentally take time  when working on projects. I meditate at least once a day. There are days when I cry a lot. On those days I find the option of meditating 2 or 3 times a helps me to work through the emotions as they arise. Through the years I learned to stop and not say anything for at least 24 years before responding when I was angered. Interesting as through the process, it now affects me even less.  I am much calmer and do not have to react to others behaviour.
I am truly grateful for the support of those unseen to direct my path and allow me to fully understand  the steps necessary to address and heal my soul. I continue to heal and retrieve the fragments of my  soul that were chipped away by pain.  If we truly want to help others we have to heal ourselves. So make sure you are comfortable with those you trust to help you work through your emotional issues. Check credentials and get referrals..
